Hard work pays off.  This is the motto I live by and teach to my family, players, and students.  I believe in working hard, doing your best, and making the most out of any situation in life. I also try to live by the golden rule.

I grew up in Enterprise, Oregon where I graduated from high school.  I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Multidisciplinary Studies from Eastern Oregon University.

I taught for three years in Cambridge, Idaho.  Then I accepted a position at Council and have taught here for 16 years.  I have been a computer, first grade, second grade, fourth grade, high school business, and Title 1 teacher.  I am a member of the FFA Alumni Committee. I have have been a 4-H leader and coached softball, basketball, track, and volleyball.  I am currently the high school varsity volleyball coach.

I live on a ranch with my husband and three daughters.  I love sports (especially volleyball), riding horses, going to church, playing games, and spending time with my family.
